You are not short on talent. You are pitching alone, in the dark.
D.C.C. puts you in a pod of creators working the same lane for thirty days.
WorkScout reads thousands of live postings, refuses the ones that were never yours
and tells you why. You apply as yourself, from your own accounts. The pod reads your numbers every night.

01 · The problem
The platforms reward volume. Nobody tells you which doors were never open.
Most proposals die on a requirement you never read. A pod fixes the math and the scout fixes the aim.
Alone
Forty proposals into the void, zero feedback on why
Paying for bids on jobs that asked for ten years you do not have
A week of work before you have fifty touches to read
Guessing whether the problem is the pitch, the price or the lane
In a D.C.C. pod
A lane board routed to your craft, newest first, pay where published
Every refusal names its reason: years, degree, clearance, location, rate
Fifty touches in a day, because eight people log together
One instrument reads the whole pod every night and says what to change
02 · The engine
Recorded on the live product. Not a mockup.
Every clip on this page is the real app, captured from the running service. Scroll the steps and watch it work.
STEP 01 · COLLECT + ROUTE
Seven public sources, one board per lane.
Direct employers from Hacker News, ATS boards at named companies, and live freelance projects.
A daily job rebuilds the pool; every posting is routed to one of five pods by the words it actually uses.
STEP 02 · SCORE
Your résumé against the whole pool, in seconds.
Paste or upload it. Skills are read from your own words and scored on evidence, not keywords stuffed in a header.
It is scored in memory and never stored.
STEP 03 · REFUSE
A no, with the receipt.
Blockers come from the posting's own text and are never softened into a lower score.
A refusal you can read saves the bid you would have wasted.

04 · The loop
Four moves a day. Thirty days.
01
Open your lane board.
Real gigs and jobs routed to your lane by WorkScout, newest first, with pay and bid counts where the poster published them.
02
Apply as yourself.
Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, from your own account, every time. D.C.C. never asks for a password and never logs in as anyone.
03
Log five numbers at night.
Money in, touches, replies, leads, hours. Thirty seconds. Zeros count, because a silent day is a signal too.
04
The pod reads as one.
Fifty touches make a sample readable. Alone that is a week. In a pod of eight it is a day, so the instrument can tell you what to change while it still matters.
05 · The instrument
Built for the phone you log on at midnight.
Your nightly log, the pod page and the lane board live behind one sign-in. It reads your run by the numbers and refuses to invent a projection it cannot compute.
Members see activity, never each other's money. The pooled total is shared because it is the pod's number.
Your coach can read your log and nothing more. Leave the pod and that access ends on the spot.
No forecast before day five. One good night times thirty is exactly the lie the instrument exists to refuse.
One link does it all. A pod code makes the account, joins the pod and lands you on the pod page.

06 · The rules
Taken from the platforms' own terms.
Never
One account per person. No shared logins.A pod that breaks this gets every member suspended at once.
Never
Nothing off-platform with a client you met on-platform.Twenty-four months on Upwork and Freelancer.com; Fiverr bans it outright.
Always
Shared tools are bought as seats, one per member.Never one login passed around.
Always
Answer screener questions honestly.Nobody in a pod inflates years, certs or clearances to get through a gate. That is the brand.
07 · Pricing
Never pay to work. Pay for the tools, once, together.
Nobody pays D.C.C. to bid, to apply or to be seen. The sprint fee is a tool co-op, set by the cohort and published before day one.
No. It never asks for a platform password and never logs in as anyone. You apply from your own account, every time. That is the legal and security posture of the whole product.
Where do the jobs come from?
Seven public sources: Hacker News Who Is Hiring, Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby boards at named companies, Remotive, Arbeitnow and Freelancer.com. Postings are unverified claims by whoever posted them, so open one and read it before you spend a touch.
Why would it refuse a job for me?
Because the posting's own words rule you out: years of experience, a certification, a clearance, a degree, location, rate, sponsorship or citizenship. Each refusal names the reason, so you can decide whether it is a real wall or a number you should update.
What happens to my résumé?
It is scored in memory against the pool and never stored, never logged and never used for training.
Who can see my numbers?
You, and the coach of any pod you join, who can read your log and nothing more. Other members see your activity, never your money. Leaving the pod revokes the coach's access instantly.
What does it cost?
Looking around and reserving a seat cost nothing. The sprint fee is a tool co-op that buys shared AI tool seats at team rates. The cohort sets it before day one and it is published with its refund terms.
