The short version

This is a private log for one business. Your data is yours. We do not sell it, advertise against it, train anything on it, or show it to anyone you have not explicitly granted access to. Ask and we delete it.

What we store

• Your email address and a one-way hash of your password. We never store the password itself and cannot read it.
• Your business name and your monthly target.
• The numbers you log each night: money in, touches, replies, leads, hours, and an optional note.
• Which nights a reminder was sent, so you are never emailed twice.
• Which pods you are in, and when you joined.
• If you reserved a seat without a code: your name, email, chosen lane, and which platforms you said you already have accounts on. That is used to send you a pod code and nothing else.

The Work board shows public job postings fetched from WorkScout, the scouting service D.C.C. is powered by. A résumé you scan there is sent to WorkScout to be scored and is not stored by either side.

That is the whole list. No tracking pixels, no analytics scripts, no third-party advertising tags. The page you are reading loads one font and nothing else.

Who can see it

You, and anyone you grant coach access to from your own dashboard. Joining a pod grants its coach the same read access for as long as you are in it; leaving the pod revokes it instantly. A coach can read your log and nothing more — there is no path in the software that lets them change your numbers. Other pod members see your activity (touches, replies, leads, nights logged), never what you banked.

The operator of this service can technically read the database, as with any hosted application. We look only when you ask for help, or if something is broken.

Backups

The database is snapshotted daily and a copy is kept off the server, so a hardware failure does not lose your log. Snapshots are retained for about a week and then deleted. If you delete your account, copies disappear from backups as those snapshots age out.

Deleting your data

Email us and we will delete your account and every entry attached to it, permanently, within a few days. You do not have to give a reason. If you would rather keep your numbers, ask and we will send them to you first.

What this tool does not do

It gives you a projection based on the pace you have been logging. That is not a forecast, a guarantee, or financial advice. The benchmarks it compares you against are ordinary industry rules of thumb, not measurements of your market. Deliberately, it refuses to show a projection at all when it does not have enough data to justify one.

Business decisions are yours. We are not liable for them, and the service is provided as is, without warranty.

Interruptions

This runs on a small paid server. It can go down. We will get it back and your data will survive, but we do not promise particular uptime.

Changes

If any of this changes in a way that affects you, you get told — not a silent edit to this page.
